To build a counter cultural movement dedicated to abolishing the labels society brands us with that do not define us.

 

 

VISION:

To create a music and arts event that will break through religious, socioeconomic, and cultural barriers in order to reach people struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, abuse, self harm, eating disorder, suicide, abortion, divorce and more so that they may hear a message of hope and find freedom from the labels through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

 

ABOUT:

Unbranded Music Fest [formerly Jesus Woodstock] is the creative branch of Unbranded Ministries, founded in 2021 by Dustin and Stephanie Sye.

At the foundation of UMF is the deeply rooted belief that music and the arts were designed by God to be a unifying, inspiring, freeing force for humanity. This belief is confirmed by the Sye’s real life testimony of walking through seasons of intense darkness and pain. And it was in those dark, painful places where music and art broke through everything to reveal hope, community and a brighter future.

UMF believes that the creative reveals the reality of the Creator as it draws people together that would otherwise never be introduced. It opens doorways for help and healing to come in and break people out of the prison that the labels of others have trapped them in. Creativity forms communities of misfits, while it crushes the illusion that we are alone, making it possible for people to meet the only One that can both inspire and provide hope that a different, better life is possible: That One is Jesus Christ.

Dustin and Stephanie have dedicated their lives to building this movement because they believe in one very simple truth: That if Jesus can rescue them and give them life-saving hope and an eternal future — if he can do it for them — then he will do it for you. They are UnBranded. They are the misfits. How about you?

- We can love all people with the love of Jesus, right where they’re at, without judgement and without remaining in sin
